REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please advise us in writing within 14 days of purchase. An exchange or refund will be available once the goods have been sent back to us, unused and in the original packaging.
Delivery costs are non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you change your mind after payment has been accepted, and before goods are dispatched, your order can be cancelled. We will happily fully refund your payment as long as you have notified us in writing prior to receiving your shipping notification from us.
Please note we try to dispatch goods on the same day as payment is accepted, and if this falls on the weekend we will dispatch on the next working day.
If goods have been dispatched then the refund policy applies and you will need to return the goods to us. Delivery costs are non refundable.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

Your order is not confirmed until we have received payment in full and we will notify you if there are any discrepancies to the order you have placed with us. In rare instances there maybe orders for the same item made at the same time, and due to stock availability we may not be able to fulfill all orders. Recline.co.nz reserves the right to provide goods to the first order that is confirmed and if this item then becomes out of stock, subsequent orders will be notified accordingly. We will offer an alternative product of the same value, otherwise we will refund in full your order.

Recline.co.nz is proud to be associated with DPS, New Zealand's largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. Recline.co.nz does not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS.

When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. The DPS hosted payments page is secured using SSL.

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars. Payments on this website are only accepted in New Zealand dollars.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway DPS.
